By purchasing or downloading the Step Back Wireframe Kit for Figma ("Item"), you are agreeing to be bound by this license agreement. This agreement outlines what you can and cannot do with the files you'll receive after purchase.
License Tiers
Solo License
For individual designers, developers, or freelancers
Single user only
Team License
For small teams, agencies, and startups
Up to 10 users
Allowed Uses
You are permitted to use both the Solo and Team versions of the Step Back Wireframe Kit in the following ways:
Create an unlimited number of End Products for yourself or for your clients.
Use the Item for personal or commercial projects.
Modify and create derivative works from the Item.
Use the Item multiple times in multiple projects.
An "End Product" is defined as a customized implementation of the Item. For example, using the Step Back Wireframe Kit to create a unique website or app design.
Create websites, apps, or other digital products for yourself or clients.
Use the kit as a starting point for personal or client projects.
Publish the Item in your team library in Figma, but it can only be used by you.
All permissions included in the Solo License.
Publish the Item in your team library in Figma.
Share access and give edit permissions to up to 10 members of your team.
Restrictions
You are NOT allowed to:
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Item or its components to any third party.
Use the Item to create a competing product, such as another UI kit, wireframe kit, or design system.
Use the Item in open-source projects.
Share the Item publicly or make it available for download.
Use the Item to create a tool, template, or framework for another platform or software.
Allow end users of your End Product to extract the Item and use it separately.
Use the Item in any way that exceeds the user limits of your license tier.
Intellectual Property
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Step Back Wireframe Kit remain the property of the creator. You are granted only the permissions explicitly described in this license agreement; all other rights are reserved.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Step Back Wireframe Kit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The creator of the Step Back Wireframe Kit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Item.
Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Item in your possession.
Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
